In this case, our clients need only make one appointment our team. We will then employ a team on our client's behalf, each of which acts as our own sub
-contractor. The advantage to our clients is that they have one unequivocal point of contact and our experience allows us to put together an appropriate team
with the correct range of disciplines. These might include, architecture, interior design, mechanical and electrical and structural engineering specialists, as
well as consultants covering a range of issues, such as accoustics and land scaping. |

EMPLOYER'S AGENT |

In this role, we would act as the Employer's Agent to protect the interests of our client in laisioning with a project team or project manager employed
by another party, such as a developer or landlord. As well as monitoring the project and the team's performance, we would ensure that our client's
requirements were fully met in accordance with the JCT Standard Form of Contract with Contractors Design. |

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING |

Our team can monitor all stages and aspects of a project from the initial briefing through to design, specification, legal agreements, procurement,
